MOTHER NATURE

For this look, the eyes are done entirely with drugstore makeup!! All of the products I used are listed below the photos. Also! All of the flowers and butterflies are from the dollar store, I just cut the stems off and pinned them into the hair. I put in my 22' extensions, curled the top layers of my hair, and braided the rest of my hair to the side in a fishtail braid. After i braided all the way down, I began to pull the strands apart to create a messier look! Any questions or comments are much appreciated!!

Halloween 2013 Look #4 CLEOPATRA

Haloween makeup look #4 Cleopatra

I have always loved the egyptian makeup and fashion, and I wanted to create my version of an egyptian  or "cleopatra" look. I recently went to a MAC pro masterclass and they were talking alot about taking inspiration from an idea, but making it your own, and putting your own spin on it, which is what I have done here! Halloween 2013 Look #3 Angel/Devil Unzipped

ANGEL/DEVIL UNZIPPED

For this look I just wore white angel wings, and a white sparkly top. You could wear really anything with this look if you wanted to, As long as you have on the wings! You could also add a halo to your look.

Halloween 2013 Look #2 WITCH!

My next look is a Witch! This is a fairly simple look, and something that alot of people dress up as for Halloween every year! Purple was the theme I decided to use, but Green would also be a really good colour. I drew spider webs on either side using my NYX Jumbo Pencil, and then shaded in the shadows of the webs with MAC shadow in "Stars n Rockets". All of the rest of the products that I used are below the photos! This wig s very close to my natural hair colour! (which I havent been in a very long time haha!) 

ALSO! The first photos were before I drew on the spider webs. This look could be versatile for any kind of witch or vampire- like costume!

Vancouver Hair Exchange -- A day of Creativity, Inspiration, and Learning

Yesterday, Monday October 7 was the hair exchange in Vancouver! The companies that had shows were Matrix, Wella, Rusk, Paul Mitchell, Sexy Hair, and American Crew. Each show consisted of the new trends for Fall/Winter 2013, new cuts, colours, styles, and products. It was lots of fun, and I learned so many interesting things and got to see all of the new exciting products for this season! We were given products upon our arrival that I can't  wait to try out!!
